Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Valeri Hadzhiev is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the owner of an IT company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence and providing innovative technological solutions for clients both locally and internationally. With his company, he implements ambitious projects that transform business processes and create new opportunities for digital transformation.
Valeri has several other successful companies in his portfolio and has proven his abilities not only in the technology field but also in creating sustainable and profitable businesses in the long term. His passion for new technologies — including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) — places him at the forefront of the innovation ecosystem, where he not only observes but actively participates in the development of future technologies.
Tsvetislav Lazarov
Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer
Tsvetislav Lazarov is an expert with many years of experience in financial analysis, investment management, financial reporting, and in-depth knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. He holds an investment consultant license issued by the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria (FSC).
His expertise combines rigorous academic preparation — including a master's degree with distinction in corporate finance and investment management from a leading private university in finance and economics in the country — with deep practical experience in various aspects of financial services. Tsvetislav has gained valuable experience through his work at Morgan Stanley, as well as in a number of leading investment and boutique consulting firms in London, Sofia, Tel Aviv, and San Diego.
Dimitar Dimitrov
Senior Legal Advisor
Dimitar Dimitrov brings an exceptional combination of regulatory, academic, and private practice experience to L&H Global Advisory. In his career, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Securities Commission in Bulgaria (1997–2001), playing a key role in the development of the convertible securities market in the country. He led significant deals such as the issuance of convertible bonds worth 36 million euros for Central Cooperative Bank and 70 million euros for Chimimport Invest AD — the first such deal in the country executed without the involvement of an international law firm.
He also led the issuance of senior secured bonds for 400 million euros for the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company EAD, under the so-called Rule 144A for American investors, in collaboration with Clifford Chance London. His deep understanding of the dynamics between the public and private sectors, complemented by his recent role as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria, enables him to provide strategic guidance and insights in the field of regulations and government relations.
