He is currently the owner of an IT company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence and providing innovative technological solutions for clients both locally and internationally. With his company, he implements ambitious projects that transform business processes and create new opportunities for digital transformation.
Valeri has several other successful companies in his portfolio and has proven his abilities not only in the technology field but also in creating sustainable and profitable businesses in the long term. His passion for new technologies — including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) — places him at the forefront of the innovation ecosystem, where he not only observes but actively participates in the development of future technologies.
Tsvetislav Lazarov
Co-founder and Chief Financial Advisor
Tsvetislav Lazarov is an expert with long-standing experience in financial analysis, investment management, financial reporting, and deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. He holds an investment consultant license issued by the Financial Supervision Commission of Bulgaria (FSC).
His expertise combines rigorous academic training — including an MBA with honors in corporate finance and investment management from a leading private university of finance and economics in the country — with deep practical experience across various aspects of financial services. Tsvetislav has gained valuable experience through his work at Morgan Stanley, as well as at a number of leading investment and boutique consulting firms in London, Sofia, and Tel Aviv.
